Giavanna is a senior counsel with the Underwood Law Firm. As a seasoned trial lawyer with almost 20 years as an attorney, Giavanna is able to handle aspects of civil litigation from beginning to end. She assists the firm's clients with partition actions, partnership disputes, and other complex real estate matters.

Previously, Giavanna founded and ran her own boutique law practice for nearly a decade in Southern California. Her broad legal experience includes representing individuals, banks, mortgage companies, and other businesses in real estate and business law matters.

Giavanna graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School, where she excelled in the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. She also graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in communications, and a minor in theatre.
