
Antonio Infante
Law ClerkAntonio Infante is a law clerk with the firm, where he assists the firm’s clients with partition actions, real estate matters, and civil litigation.
Originally from Modesto, California, Antonio discovered his passion for the courtroom in high school when he participated in Grace Davis High School’s Mock Trial Team. As part of that process, Antonio conducted numerous mock trials.
In 2021, Antonio obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In his time there, Antonio undertook representative roles with the Associated Students Organization, mentored first-generation lowerclassmen through the Educational Opportunity Program, and was a research assistant for Professor Miroslava Chavez-Garcia.
Antonio is pursuing his Juris Doctor at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Early on, Tony recognized his want to seek legal work in real estate. Before joining the firm, Antonio worked as a Construction Managing Apprentice for VandenBerghe Properties Inc., a real estate property management firm based in Danville, California. Antonio also interned at the Sacramento Center for Workers’ Rights as a Clinic Counselor, assisting clients with workplace claims and unemployment insurance benefits.
Outside of work, Antonio enjoys physical activities and the outdoors. Antonio is an avid hiker and mountain biker who also appreciates slowing down and catching a baseball game with a friend. Antonio speaks Spanish fluently.
